We plan the Early Career Scholars Seminar Series (#ECSSS) for Ph.D. students and early career scholars working on learning, capacity building, and innovation and contributing to economic development to present their research to the NACLICS community.

Soheil Ahmadi is a Ph. D. student from Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, Nova Scotia, Canada.

He will present us his #research: Does Innovation Advisory Services Matter? Investigating the Role of Advisory Services of Government Innovation Support Programs.

The discussant is Ibrahim Bousmah, he is an economist with Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada.

He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Ottawa.

He is particularly interested in research related to applied econometrics.

His research interests include #innovation, #entrepreneurship, firm performances, wages, and other labor market attributes.
