Global Affairs Canada is offering short-term scholarships for international students to come to Canada for study or research (i.e., non-course-based) through the 2026-27 Short-Term Exchange Programs which aim to promote partnerships between Canadian and post-secondary institutions abroad.

1) Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) and

2) Study in Canada Scholarships (SICS).
